Weathering and Erosions

Hey everybody it is sydni I think this is the last  BLOG ( I am just not positive about it.) Well this week we  are going to talk about weathering and erosions  THIS IS KINDA SAD:(becuase this is the last blog . Well we  have  A LOT  of things to talk about so let's move on .

WHEATHERING

Somethings about weathering :
Well first all rocks on the earth's surface are weathered ,but not all rocks weathered the same rate of course it takes millons of years.
Also sometimes after a rock has been weathered it sometimes looks unusual.
.Another thing is that WEATHERING  is only the beginning  of a process that changes rocks on the earth's surface .

THIS IS A  PIC OF ROCK  WEATHERING .

ANOTHER PIC OF A ROCK WEATHERING .

EROSION :

Things About Eronsions :
. There are many diffrent types of erosions such as wind erosion ,wave  erosion and water erosion .
. They all are very powerful and strong .
. One of them is called the WIND EROSION .
. WIND EROSIONS CAN FORM SANDUNES.
. Wind erosion  can erode sand and rocks.
. The second one is called WATER EROSION
. One thing about water erosion  is that a  raindrops in a expiscally dry place can form a splash erosion .
. Also In water erosions when water is flowing in streams and the faster the water flows FASTER  it can pick up things and transport things .
.The thrid one is the WAVE EROSION.
. One thing about them is that it can form oceans.
.Also the power of the wave erosion is amazing .

THIS IS A PIC OF A WATER EROSION .

THIS IA A PIC OF A WIND EROSION .

THIS IS A PIC OF A WAVE EROSION IS MY FAVORITE .

WELL THAT IS ALL THE TIME WE HAVE  TODAY ENJOYED YOU GUYS THIS YEAR FARWELL HAVE A GREAT SUMMER , and I hope you had fun this year .

DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROCK.

There are 3 categories one is called IGNEOUS the next  one is called SEDIMENTARY,and the last one is METAMORPHIC.  There are many different rocks ,but every rock  falls in one categories .

WELL NOW I AM GOING TO TALK ABOUT HOW THEY FORM.
They all form different ways . A igneous rock forms underground .A sedimentary is formed from any rock that is worn down .

Rocks..........Rock!

Hey everybody how is everyone doing today? Well,  LAST WEEK I TALKED ABOUT MOUNTAINS. THIS WEEK I AM GOING TO TALK ABOUT ROCKS.

DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROCK.

There are 3 categories of rocks. One is called IGNEOUS the next one is called SEDIMENTARYand the last one is METAMORPHIC.  There are many different rocks, but every rock falls in one of these categories.

WELL NOW I AM GOING TO TALK ABOUT HOW THEY FORM.
They all form different ways. A igneous rock forms underground.  A sedimentary is formed from any rock that is worn down. A metamorphic rock is formed when two or more rocks push against each other and causes them to form.

THIS IS A SEDMIDTARY  ROCK. LIMESTONE IS A TYPE OF SEDMIDARY ROCK AND IT FORMS IN THE OCEAN FROM SEASHELLS .

OMG MY FAVORITE ROCK OBSIDAN AND THAT IS A INGNEOUS ROCK. ALSO PUMICE IS A TYPE OF INGENOUS ROCK TO.

THIS A METAMORPHIC ROCK. ALSO GENIS IS A TYPE OF METAMORPHIC ROCK .

We have just a couple more things to talk about so let's move on .

Well the last thing for today is WHAT ARE ROCKS? Well  you have to remember that all rocks are made up of minerals. Also, rocks have a lot to do with things that we use everyday such as cell phones ,cars , and computers. A lot of things are made of granite and igneous rock such as mounuments and kitchen countertops.

WELL THAT IS ALL THE TIME WE HAVE TODAY I ENJOYED YOU GUYS .
